Our vision is a company that is a leading player in the liquidation, winding-up and bankruptcy market.

The company intends to carry out other complementary activities in addition to liquidation, winding-up and bankruptcy proceedings. We wish to make the most of the professional experience of our colleagues in the fields of business advisory services, early liquidity management, liquidation and bankruptcy. We are also planning to launch a consultancy service for senior executives who do not have an overview of this area of business. We believe that many companies would be able to avoid liquidation proceedings through a well organised bankruptcy or crisis management.

Among our services, we would like to highlight our reorganisation activities, where we aim to provide crisis management services to companies in distress. We have an excellent network of contacts in the field of private investments, debt management and credit markets, and we can effectively help companies that have been faced difficutlies by an ad hoc decision or whose management lacks the knowledge to overcome the hardships that the company faces.
